The hotel's cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The staff were friendly and were very good too assist me. The location was ideal, right in the center of the city and within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions. the hotel facilities were great, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the stunning rooms with a garden view. The staff is lovely and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is ideal, right across the river and surrounded by high-end established restaurants.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was very close to tourist attractions and the beautiful Arno river. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and museums.
The breakfast area, which was located next to our room, was quite noisy in the morning.

We were amazed by the beautiful room at Palazzo D'Oltrarno - Residenza D'Epoca. The large size and fine ceiling mural added a touch of elegance. The comfortable bed and gorgeous bath made our stay even better. The hotel's quiet atmosphere and garden view provided a peaceful experience. The location was ideal, as it was close to everything we wanted to visit. The attentive and helpful staff, especially Guiseppe and Guilio, were very good too ensure our satisfaction. We were even assisted with arranging a cab to the airport. we would not hesitate to stay here again.
